Throughout the last few years representatives of NRUFC have been campaigning tirelessly for funding and support to renew and improve the facilities at Newcastle (Staffs) RUFC.
At present, the club has two fully functional bars and a professional catering kitchen. NRUFC also boasts four self contained team changing rooms, each with dedicated shower and toilet facilities, a private referee’s changing room with a shower and toilet and also disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
The en-suite style changing rooms mean that NRUFC can now cater for both men’s and women’s rugby simultaneously.

The pitch lighting and pitch itself has also been improved in preparation for the coming season. The club has been able to completely renovate the playing surface along with the inclusion of RFU standard playing lights, which including the changing rooms and playing surface, cost upwards of quarter of a million pounds.
