RE-CONVENED AGM,SUNDAY 26TH FEB, 12:00 The The clubs AGM has now been re-convened to present the clubs audited accounts, these were not ready in time for the original AGM date. It is important for members to attend to both, have a chance to view the clubs account but also to ratify them. Please make an effort to attend what should be a short meeting.

St PATRICK’S DAY PARTY, MARCH 17TH

We will be holding a party on St Patrick’s day, Saturday March 17th, the England V Ireland game takes place live on the big screen, live music, and a Guinness promotion. Come along and have what promises to be a great night of music and fun. We will have to make a cover charge of £5 to cover the cost of the band with any surplus going into the club funds. Please come along and support your club

Remember Wednesday 1st February is a fundraising curry night at the Westbury Tavern, Clayton starting 7 to 7.30. Two types of curry on offer with rice, chips etc for £10 a head – at least 50% going to club funds. Ensure Chas or Julie have your details (and cash!) this week to make the guest list.
